Yes, you can follow artists to get updates and see who else is interested in the same shows.

Once you both show interest in the same event, you can start a chat by clicking on the Message button.

Yes. If you feel uncomfortable, you can block a user by swiping left on the conversation in main Chat tab. This removes them from your chats and prevents further contact.

If you or the other person left the chat or blocked each other, the chat will no longer appear in your list.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Check your spam/junk folder.
